An Environmental Statement that evaluates any potentially significant impacts on the environment arising from the proposed development has been undertaken. A report to inform a project level Habitats Regulations Assessment (appropriate assessment), which assesses the potential impact of the proposed development on the Breckland Special Protection Area and Special Areas of Conservation in the area has also been carried out. Both of these assessments have been submitted with the planning application.
