A planning application (Ref No. C/3/2010/3004) has now been submitted by MEIF Renewable Energy Holdings Limited to Norfolk County Council (NCC) for Thetford Renewable Energy Plant. Energy Power Resources Ltd (EPRL), who currently operates the existing Thetford Power Station, would also operate the proposed development.
